I retired from the Army in 2014 after an 18-year career with 5 operational tours. I am now a Courageous Life Leadership Coach and help others to live courageously, understand their value in the world and show up with deep integrity.

After my own bumpy transition (aka identity crisis!) from military life and a decade of learning to value myself for who I am away from the uniform, I realised how powerful it is to have a space where you don’t have to pretend, push, or figure it all out alone.
